Warranty Information

Our warranty covers items that arrive damaged or do not function correctly upon first use. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue so we can assess your claim and assist with a resolution.

If you believe a part is missing, please carefully check all packaging and packing materials first, as small components can sometimes become loose during transit. If the part is still missing after a thorough inspection, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage after delivery, normal wear and tear, or damage to the product's external packaging only.

Warranty claims submitted outside the applicable warranty period may not be accepted, and additional charges, such as postage and handling fees, may apply. Please do not return any item without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.
